Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and control all internal and external operations of Banking Booth
- Ensure prompt customer service at the Booth
- Select potential customers and pursue them
- Mobilize deposit
- Select prospective borrowers, visit and assess them
- Ensure internal and external compliance of Banking Booth
- Achieve business target by ensuring sustainable growth
- Be responsible for the overall management of the team and Banking Booth
